1. Service Guarantee: 1 year for repair without fee
2. Repair Detail Rules:
·1 year for repair: If the customer fined some troubles with the product, it could be repair within1 year without fee(except to instead of some main accessory), given the product has been used under regular condition and without facial damage.
3. Rework Process
If the customer fined some troubles with the product, please contact with us or contact with the dealers directly. First fill in the repair list in detail, which includes triplication. The customer should hold one, and then, send the duplication to our company with the sales’ invoice and repair card. We will sign in after we make sure the repair clause.
4. Out of the repair service:
We don’t guarantee the circumstances mentioned below:
(1) The product’s label is found to be altered, deleted, lost, removed or exist other damages.
(2) The product’s failure is resulted from man-made damage, improper usage or other accidental damage; such as lightning, founder, fire or other mechanical destroy.
(3) The failure is resulted from the incomparability of the computer system or other systems.
(4) Our guaranteed sale channel did not sell the product.
5. Remarks
(1) We have the authority to check the sales’ invoice and repair card.
(2) The freight fee could be taken on by the sender.
(3) Strictly prohibit the dealers collect the fees so arbitrary that destroy the image of Polar Region International Co.,Ltd in the service, and the repair fees must be collected comply with our standard.
(4) The Polar Region International Co.,Ltd's dealer has the responsibility to explain the policy of the repair service before sales.
(5) If the promise made by dealer is out of our service, then the promise is undertaken by the dealers themselves.
(6) If the clause mentioned above is not clear at all, please see and subject to the correlative laws and rules. |
